This Fair Use Policy applies to the Unlimited Plan ($15,000/month) offered by Mitigation Audit LLC (or any future unlimited/high-volume plans). While we call it "unlimited," we implement reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all customers and maintain service quality.

What "Unlimited" Means

High-volume processing

Handle hundreds of files per month without per-file charges.

No throttling for normal business use

Use the Service for your legitimate claims operations.

Dedicated account manager

Work with us to scale appropriately.

Fair Use Guidelines

Reasonable Usage Threshold

Designed for organizations processing up to 500 files per month. If your needs exceed this, contact your account manager for enterprise options.

Single Organization Use

For use by one organization only. Reselling, sharing, or sublicensing access to third parties is prohibited.

No Automated Bulk Abuse

Automated scripts or bots designed to flood the system are not allowed. Normal batch processing through approved channels is permitted.

Legitimate Business Use

The Service must be used solely for reviewing mitigation invoices in your insurance claims operations.

What Happens If You Exceed Fair Use?

If usage significantly exceeds normal business patterns or affects other customers, we will:

Contact you to understand your needs.
Work with you on a solution (e.g., custom enterprise plan).
Never suspend service without prior notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve.
